Understanding our policies for returns, refunds, and exchanges

Return Policy Overview

At LuxeFormula Labs, we strive to deliver the highest quality custom nail lacquer products. Due to the customized nature of our formulations and manufacturing processes, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Important Note: All custom formulations are created specifically for your brand and cannot be resold to other clients. This policy reflects the bespoke nature of our services.

Custom Formulation Returns

Due to the customized nature of our services, we generally do not accept returns on custom-formulated products once production has begun. However, we have processes in place to ensure your satisfaction:

Sample Approval Process

Before full production begins, we provide samples for your approval. This is your opportunity to:

  • Review color accuracy and consistency
  • Test formula performance and application
  • Evaluate packaging and labeling
  • Request adjustments before mass production

Quality Issues

If you receive products with manufacturing defects or quality issues, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of defective products
  • Reformulation at our expense
  • Partial or full refund depending on circumstances

Standard Product Returns

For our standard product lines (non-custom), the following return policies apply:

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom color formulations
  • Personalized packaging
  • Products manufactured to specific client specifications
  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Processing

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: 3-5 additional business days
  • International refunds may take longer

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or discuss a quality issue:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the issue
  3. Include photographs if applicable
  4. Wait for return authorization before shipping items back

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. For custom manufacturing contracts, the policies in effect at the time of order will apply.
